You can enjoy your vacation with the peace of mind of knowing that they do not even begin to spoil until well into their 8th day. Although you will receive 3 experience points total for planting a single patch of artichokes, they may not be the best choice for gaining the most experience in the quickest amount of time

Zynga has introduced Crop Mastery today, a new feature we’re guessing is designed to replace the un-popular, spammy Bumper Crop feature released previously. Each crop has three levels of mastery, and achieving each level rewards you with coins and experience points – so get planting!

At level 4, you unlock your first crop: squash. They provide you with a 2-day crop which is more profitable (though same experience) than eggplants, your initial 2-day seed. Although squash doesn’t impart the experience and/or profit that strawberries potentially do, they are much less demanding in terms of harvest/wilt time. This makes squash ideal for the farmer-on-the-go
