The Acai Tree is unique in FarmVille – it’s the only Farm Cash tree and cannot be bought with coins or gifted to other players. It’s also one of the most profitable items you can own, though it takes a while to earn it’s value back

Technically, the Acai Tree is a palm tree. In the real world, it’s prized for its fruit and because it produces a superior heart of palm for your summer salads. In FarmVille, it’s prized because it returns the highest coins per square you can earn in the entire game, though it isn’t cheap to buy.
